the matte highlight is very light, making it look very subtle on me. if you want a subtle highlight, this would be good for you. the shimmer one is noticeable but can be blended out to a sheer shimmer. it has a pink tone to it, which is sheer. i do prefer this to the benefit one, since it isn't yellow and gives the same shimmer.
WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS? if you want a matte highlight, cabana would be a good choice. if you want shimmer with a pinkish tone, the rose champagne one is good for you. these are both cheap and you do get a good amount of product.
