urban decay electric review

electric palette, $49, ulta
revolt-pure silver
gonzo-neon blue
slowburn-orange-red
savage-neon pink
fringe-green/blue, may look slightly shimmery
chaos-darker neon blue
jilted-pinky purple
urban-neon purple
freak-bright green
thrash-yellow/green
im glad urban decay came out with a matte (the shimmer doesn't come through strong with these) neon palette. i know some company's have neons, but those can sometimes be patchy. sugarpill is an exception and this palette is a good addition to those. i know most don't wear neons, so this might scare some off. these are nicely pigmented and for brighter color, you can use a base. without the base, you get a more subtle color. the silver worked fine, you just need to pack in on there. my only complaint is it's mostly cool colors, which is 99% of all palettes. the packaging is also cool and travel friendly.

WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS? if you like using color, this is a good palette. it's mostly cool colors, and lasts a good time with primer. the double ended brush is also useful. if you barely use color, this might not be for you.
