whats up?

i worked. but i'm constantly finding new things i want at work, which is now a growing list.

i love...cosmetics
when did this come out? why haven't i known of this? they have a raspberry smell, which is magical. they also have a coconut one, which i hate coconut but it smells nice.

body fantasties?
i think that's what it's called. they have a cotton candy scent, which i know i'm getting.

some pink frosting thing?
i can't remember the brand but it smells like the philosophy animal cracker gel. it's around $5-7, compared to $17.

beauticology?
i bought a little gift set of shower gels and lotions. OMG the smells! it's 2x raspberry lotions, 2x strawberry macaroon gels and 1x black currant gel. they smell so good, and it was on clearance. i might get another if they're still there.

i also don't hate my job. yes it can be slow, and sometimes i get annoyed with people. but it's nice. i can get away with wearing odd makeup, considering no one really wears makeup/wears little makeup. i haven't tried wearing any extreme lip colors, get mostly nudes/pinks or gloss. i might try some with my naked palette, which i haven't used in a couple weeks. i thought i would use it more "for quick looks". i map out my time for 2 hours, which means makeup, dressed, eaten, work food packed, bag ready, and hair. i also facebook and tumblr too. i don't like to rush in the morning/afternoon.

random: ud vice ltd palette-i don't know if i want this palette. i keep going back and forth.

the lack of the posts

i worked tues-sat, so that makes lack of posts. my mom also borrowed my camera, so i can't take pics. i'm also waiting on an item from hot topic. i never did make it to the lush store, but i'm hoping to for my next pay check. i'm also in the process of figuring out my eye shadows.

the thing is i do love my eye shadow. thank god work let's me do crazy bright colors. it's actually pretty cool there, everyone's really nice. i don't have a ton of palettes, but i do have the coastal scents ones. i do like the shadows, but it's a big palette and my desk is tiny. i want to use them up quickly, which isn't going to happen. i'm hoping those small pans work in my favor.

i don't have many cream products-2x primers, 2x foundations, 3x bb creams (two are almost gone) and 1 concealer. my face powders are waiting until it isn't so cold. my face makeup i don't have a huge collection of.

i'm working on products and trying to get reviews up. there should be one up soon, hopefully next week. should be an eye liner review. there should also be a haul post, and working on an empties one.

so hopefully my camera and my hot topic thing will get back to me soon. i can take pics and edit before/after work.

current favs 6

*was supposed to be put up yesterday, my bad*
BEAUTY
fyrinnae pixie epoxy
this has helped so many shadows and i can't believe the amount of product in that tiny tube.
urban decay liners
i love these for under eye and water line.
tarte lights camera lashes mascara
this doesn't clump lashes or irritate eyes.
lavender soap
this is nice smelling and gets you clean and relaxed.

NON BEAUTY
clue app
this is a period tracker that helps you figure when you get it. i use it to track symptoms and it has been working good so far. i even learned about ovulation pain and why i get headaches.
batman pants
i love these more than any person should love pants. my work ones are thin, which sucks for winter. these i can wear at home and be comfy.
face off returns
this is watched every tuesday after work and it's a nice way to relax.
fall smells
citrus, apples, and amber. it distracts me from winter crapiness.

NOT FAVS
winter and snow
i hate snow and winter and am ready for it to be over. i hate the cold and wind.
boscia cleansing gel
it did take off all my makeup, but also made my skin drier, which isn't good for winter. it has a weird smell to it too.

clue review (mostly for girls)

clue period app, free, itunes app store

this may seem like an unusual review but i do like this app. i saw it in one of rachel whitehursts favs and thought it would be nice. my periods tend to come on different days and it was a pain. this app tracks you period info you put in and symptoms. it also explains why some symptoms happen. i now know about headaches and ovulation pain (i thought she was joking in the video, it's a serious thing). this is helpful instead of writing in on the calender. it also shows your fertility cycle (never going to use it but it's nice).

WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS? if you want a good way to track your period and symptoms, yeah. it lets you pick which symptoms you have and sends out notifications on when your period is coming. it's more convenient and personal than writing it down.

haul of sorts

ulta (spoiler: i broke down and bought foundations)
maybelline dream fresh bb cream $5
i wanted to try this since my other two bb creams aren't working with my skin this winter. the fergie is oxidizing and the pure is making my skin look drier. i'm hoping this evens my tone and doesn't dry me out.
covergirl ready set gorgeous foundation $6
i broke down and own a foundation. i heard so many reviews on how this last all day, doesn't oxidize, and doesn't need touch ups. i'm hoping it evens out skin tone and does last all day.
maybelline fit me stick foundation $5
i wanted to try this also since it's supposed to have light coverage and not look cakey or melt off. i'm hoping this evens skin tone and doesn't make me dry.

hot topic
plaid skirt $17
i always wanted a plaid skirt but i didn't want to spend $30. this is a nice style and the material is nice (i hate that silky material for skirts).
plaid ruffle skirt $17
i like the lace trim on the bottom.
spider web tights $10
i had to get these since most places don't carry spider tights for long.
skeleton hand hair clips $5
i like wearing my hair back most of the time and these would be cute to put it up with.

deb
jeans on sale for $10. i'm still iffy on these.
two long sleeves shirts for mostly work, it gets super cold. $6-7

*this wasn't bought all at once. i'm hoping to post a mini haul for bath and body works and ulta (they didn't have goldmine in stock). i'm also curious about bath bombs/stuff. i can't go to a lush, since it's half an hour in another state. fcs has some, but i hate shipping. shower gels are what i've mostly used and they're cheaper.*
