kat von d chrysalis palette review

*all shades worn with primer and tested over 5 hours*

likelike-matte very like beige
lunar lights-shimmer peach taupe
lucid-sparkle light pink
hybrid moments-dark plum
mezzanine-shimmer medium purple
transition-shimmer pale lavender
glasswing-matte beige
melancholia-shimmer gray taupe
black milk-
graphic nature-shimmer steel gray
entombed-shimmer medium blue
tornay-matte dark navy
some of these shades, mostly the lighter ones, do need a base if you want them to not look muted. the rest of the colors dont need a base. this is good palette for colorful looks on the cool side. the shadows are soft, so no need to dig the brush in them.

WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS? if you like cool colors, yes. you made need a base if lighter colors are meant to be seen. if youre used to swirling the brush in for color on other palettes, this wont be needed for this palette, and actually might make a mess.
