for orders over $50, coastal scents will give you free fed ex home delivery shipping. from florida to north east pa it was about 4-5 days, (12/26-1/2). fed ex does send you a tracking number. coastal scents processing does take some time for large orders and around holiday times/big sales. the order came in a 14x14x14 box with paper on top of the order. 3 palettes were wrapped in paper, then with bubble wrap. the other 2 were wrapped the same, but together. they came in individual boxes with bubble wrap wrapped around the palette. so it was like a sandwich, paper, bubble wrap, palette box, bubble wrap, then palette inside. the palettes all came in mint condition, nothing broken. i would def order from here again, and already have. they are so inexpensive and shipping doesn't take forever. it's great for college students and beginners.
