july, since everyone can be cheesy

since it's july 4th, and everyone has their magical looks and tries not to be cheesy/tacky, as xsparkage said, i stuck my foot it in. i made red/white/blue eyeball magic.

used: no primer(since this isn't meant to last), wnw unlugged (highlight, inner corner and inner under eye), sally girl brick house applied with elf makeup lock and seal(testing to see the power of elf) on outer half of eye, wnw stagedive (outer corner and under eyed), nyc high def liner(not very good with going over brick house), nyc sky rise mascara, coastal scents ivory/peach as highlight
