$4 at the walmartsi needed makeup remover to remove the color tattoos for my eyeballs, since water doesn't move those things. this works well, just a small amount on a q-tip and i can do a whole eye. granted i still have to rinse with water since some makeup will still be on there. after the rinse it's gone. you do have to shake the bottle since the remover has two liquid parts that become separated after some time. it also has a oily residue feeling, but that comes off with water. it hasn't broken me out, which is a miracle for my uber sensitive skin. i've had one bottle open for about 4-6 months now and not even half way through. and yes it even removes the waterproof mascara.
WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS? yeah, since it works and it's cheap. but i do post a beware for eyeball safety warning. don't get this stuff in your eyes, it burns. it doesn't burn like i wanna rip my eyes out, but it does hurt, for 10 seconds. so no pouring in your eyes. or anyone elses eyes. :D
