sleek acid palette, $10-12, ebayso this is an awesome palette. rave makeup to no bounds. i would say though you need a base under these for them to show up super neon. without, they look bright but not super bright. i would use milk or too cool. the brush thing is there. i mostly used the pink/orange/yellow/green. the black/white/gray/blues/purple/magenta all work good too. i didn't use the olive yet. these weren't drying or powdery and blended well.
WOULD I RECOMMEND? if you want neon, go for it. just base it for super. when i ordered this, i had to ebay it, since fda in US didn't approve of this thing. i'm not sure if this changed, so check the site before ordering.
