$1.50-3, hot topic, may be discontinued soon?these work nice and you get a good sized pencil. they weren't too creamy or smeared everywhere. they also lasted long and didn't fade. the black and turq were even but the glitter purple was chunks of glitter and you could see it. i think they're being discontinued since ht was having a major clearance on them.
WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS? if you can find these, yeah. it's not the silver ht pencils, but these are closer than most pencils. i would go out of my way, but if you're close to one then visit.
