this has light-medium coverage, which helps cover some redness. it blends out easily so it's nice for lazy days, not heavy makeup days, or when you're in a rush. i didn't notice much shine control. i didn't set it with a powder, which left it feeling slightly tacky (powder doesn't work well in winter months). it does slightly transfer if rubbed, not lightly tapped. it does last a whole work day, with no touch ups. it worked well with my concealer and primer. i blended it out with a brush and sponge.
WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS? if you don't need heavy coverage, yeah. this isn't going to hide any acne, so concealer is needed. it doesn't take a lot of effort to blend out and you don't really need to set it with powder. it's also in a handy stick form, which would be handy for travel. it also lasts a whole day, which is nice for less/not needed touch ups.
