coastal scents, $9.95 on salethis looked like an interesting palette for colorful looks. i didnt intend to use this as a "smokey" makeup look palette. i have used 90% of the colors, all with primer. most of these shades are sheer, and need a base for maximum color. these shadows dont feel dry though. there are some repeat shades between this and the creative me 1 palette. neon bright pink=F5, bright yellow=C1, teal green=C2, electric blue=C6, deep grape=E3, magenta=E6.
WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS? if you dont already have the creative me 1 palette, yes. if you already do and you like those colors, then yes. if you werent a fan of matte neons, then you would have to decide on whether or not you would use the other colors. if youre more of a neutral person, 90% no. i would try to get it on sale, maybe summer or xmas.
