nyx pencil in milk $4-5, ultathis i bought for a certain purpose, sp and cs shadows, loose. sp shadows work well with milk, and cs shadows need a sticky base. these work with pressed, but loose shadows need a little staying help in order to stay on your eye. this helps a lot and makes shadow colors much brighter. and i haven't had to sharpen it yet, and i've used it at least 20+ times.
WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS? if you need a sticky base, this is going to work great. i would still use a primer. it works for making colors brighter and making loose shadows stay. this is a good base for eye shadow looks.
