this may seem like a big haul, which it is. i graduated school 2 months early and saved my tips over some months for this special haul. i already had a nice supply of shadows, so i wanted to expand my lip collection and try products. most of these were inspired by youtube, since i rarely buy a product without looking at reviews/swatches. i'm a newcomer(newb) to the lip world, only wearing chapstick. i also wanted to try a mascara, and bb cream(in my correct shade). swatches of these should be up in the upcoming week.

concrete minerals lip tints review
concrete minerals lip tints, $6
bombshell-dark reddish nude
dreamboat-peachy/pale orange
glamourpuss-medium purple that can be built up or sheered out
gold-plated-pale disco gold
ice queen-icy blue
karma-warm nude
maniac-darker reddish purple
sweetness-pale pink
these shades are the ones i found appealing on the site, i don't wear reds/oranges/bright pinks. they all have a peppermint smell/taste, but i'm getting used to it so i can barely tell anymore. they do wear for 3-4 hours, not while eating/drinking. i like how these are sheer, so it doesn't compete with my colorful eyes. with ice queen and gold plated, you made need to exfoliate your lips, since it will bring out lines. these didn't feather or travel on me. they do have a sheen, which fades after a while, but some do leave a slight stain.
WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS? if you can handle peppermint and sheer color, yeah. if you do like orange/reds/bright pinks, the other colors you could certainly use. not a lot of product is needed for a sheer coat, so these will last a while.
ammo palette review
urban decay ammo palette, $34, sephora
smog-glitter brown
mildew-glitter dirty green
oil slick-glitter black
last call-glitter dark mauve
chopper-glitter penny copper
maui wowie-glitter dirty silver
shattered-glitter aqua
polyester bride-glitter white
grifter-glitter lavender
sin-glitter pink brown
now all of these shadows do have glitter, but you don't feel the glitter when applying. all of the shades are pigmented, so no base is need. there is some fall out, so i would eyes before face makeup. the brush in here wasn't useful except for the inner corner. the primer is here though-woah. it doesn't move your makeup move at all. i'm used to my too faced getting 8 hours and it comes off easy with water. this primer i have to used makeup remover and scrub for about 2 minutes. this can be good for some people and for use when i'm in the heat. but i do prefer too faced since it does come off easier. too faced also has a more liquid texture, while urban decay had a mousse texture, which i found weird. it is a nice primer though.
WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS? for traveling and good small palettes, yeah. you would only need a highlight shade thats not sparkly. it's a nice compact palette for travel. if you don't like glitter shadows though, this wouldn't be for you.
elf concealer and tone correcting powder review
the concealer has good coverage. it also stays all day and doesn't get cakey. i use it for spot coverage and under eyes.
the powder doesn't have color when applied and does last about 4-5 hours. it does soften any redness and pores. this also doesn't cake up.
WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS? for a cheap concealer and powder that works, yeah. it gives a matte finish for 4-5 hours and doesn't cake. if you can find it in walmart or target, that might be better than ordering online.

real techniques brush review
starter kit/shading brush, both for $18, ulta
these are what i've been using them for:
deluxe crease-crease/blending out shadows
base shadow-all over lid color
brow-undereye color
pixel-point liner-inner corner
accent-inner corner/lid
shading-lid color
i like how light weight these feel. none of my brushed feel heavy, but it feels like your holding air. the bristles are all soft and i only lost 1 hair when i washed them. i dont think staining would be a problem if they are washed afterwards. i do like how the case can stand which would be good for travel, so you dont have them touching mysterious counters. i probably would throw in a pencil brush for tight crease work. i could take these and my sephora kabuki and do all my makeup. i've used this with the ammo, beethoven, and sugarpill shadows.
WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS?
if you need a travel set of brushes that you can throw in a bag, these can work for you. they are dirt cheap, but for less than $20, you get 5-6 brushes that you can do a lot of eye looks with. these are also coupon friendly at ulta.
