TH-winged old school liner

used-liquid liner black, mascara

i did this the cherrydollface way. nice thick straight line. i'm still learning how to do my bangs. not much eyeshadow going on in life.

F-blue glitter liner

used-fantasy makers blue glitter, black liq liner, mascara

i recently got this at CVS for halloween season. i like the blue-ness with black underneath.

S-pink/black liner

do ya'll sense a pattern of my hair takes forever? i used HT magenta and black. took 1 minute. sat are extra days so i don't have to look completely not dead, i can look 1/2 alive. awesome

side notey-the post of my nails unizomb are from msreinyday and professionaldq on youtube. they taught me unicorns and zombie life skills. i forgot that in my brain thinkage. i always give credit if i learn/take an idea to my level from another person. i have morals like that. :D

new update on my nails :D i think zombies and unicorns go together. i'll try to list the polish/paints i used. i looked in my walmart and 90% of them were there. and they ranged from .57-$1.97, which is cheap for paint. $2 may seem pricey for a small bottle of paint, but with these nail designs, you barely use much. i shake the bottle and take whats on the underside of the cap. since i hate cleaning and wasting things. i'll probably get around to listing all of the colors i have.

makeup for beginning of week and updatey thingy

i'll first tell my quick makeup looks and then get on with some updates.

M-silver/pink

used-sleek acid silver and raspberry

i'm not going through all the steps since there seems to be a theme going on. i always wear primer with my shadows and mascara. i have blonde lashes and they disappear in my shadows otherwise. i used a shadow brush to pat silver all over lid. then take a blendy brush and sweep raspberry on the outer edges of the silver all around eye. think spacey fantasy things. kinda like that. i thought it was pretty rad.

T-navy, i couldn't go crazy this day, later on that.

used-electric blue tattoo, navy in i got good jeans

i'm lazy so quick vers-primer, mascara, tattoo and navy color all over lid. BOOM, makeup done.

W-green/black liner

used-HT yellow/green, black

i have a feeling ya'll should know how to use liner.

updatey time! so tuesday i couldn't go nuts with color since it was personal day at school. that doesn't mean you get a day off though and go to the beach. you're still in school, but you can get your hair dyed, cut, shampooed and blown out, extensions, all beauty things. i don't really want to pay to have my hair dyed, since i like box dyes and the whole at home process, so i went for a hair cut. i had a lovely lady do it and girl has some skills. i sent her pictures of what i wanted and she did wonderful. i now have bangs after 15+ years and my hair rebels against it. my middle part says no to being together. it took me half an hour today to figure out what my hair was doing, hint hint liner day. i do like it. i have like ninja bangs so no one can see me being weird and whatnot. i now have to tame and do things with them now. but everyone's telling me how cute i am with them. i do feel 10 years younger with these things. and i can do cool swishy things with them when jamming out to some music. i'm like that weird kid at school with headphones always on. and i also have a haul coming soon. and it's one month til my b-day!

you have no idea how bad i want to wear mine to school and not be judged for being a creepy person.

so here are my new tools :D

 15 nail brushes, 2 fan, 1 dotting, couple squares, 3-4 stripers

 5 dotting tools, most look about the same size, which is weird

this base coat seems to be doing it's job.*

the reason for the "seems to be working" is that beauty school kills your hands. combing, washing, perming, curling, gelling, and doing nail stuff isn't what nail companies have in mind when making these. i know this. i'm still trying these in high hopes of a lasting manicure.

i know they're out of order, my camera hates taking pictures of my nails. also don't mind my hands. again school and the weather are making my hands look crappy. it's been getting colder since it's fall and my hands go from heat/cold/heat/cold. that's always good, not. i know that mario and jellyfish don't really exist together for some people. they do for me. jellyfish are good practice for my left hand since i'm right dominant. i used mostly dotting tools, small, xsmall, large. the idea came from ihaveacupcake, she does some amazing nail art and clay figures. also professionaldq has good nail art.

update

you know i am easily distracted by colors and life things. i also received my nail stuff and costume in the mail. so i've been doing thatttt. i also kept my kit in my car since one of my mannequins is covered in perm rods and slightly damp. and i still have to organize it since sat i had to take it apart to do my extra hours time. so i'm trying to find a day where we won't be doing much so i can picture it all. i also forgot to tell you that friday was not very magical since it was nail day. i don't like getting my nails done since the last time i professional had them done i ended up with perfect square nails (which are impractical to me and sharp) and a bleeding cuticle. i now do my own. so i wasn't excited and hopefully next nail day i can do my own nails with my own brushes. i'm going to take a picture of those asap and post that. but i did use them so hopefully i can take a picture of my nails to show what people can do with them. and that's been my update. :)

makeup for end of week

i know this is up late. i know full well, all in the update post. now for the makeup. most looks only take 2/4 brushes-shadow, blending, detail, and large blending.

TH- bright pink, bright as f pink

used-too cool tattoo, sleek acid pink, mascara, primer

no real instructions for this. just sweep it over your eye over the base. the white base makes the pink SUPER neon so i did slightly glow during school.

F-gold/black egypt goddess, i like egypt

used-bold gold tattoo, black nyc liner, mascara, primer, i got good jeans gold

step1-apply primer, mascara, tattoo

step2- apply gold all over lid and under eye, covering all over tattoo

step3- take liner and line both upper and lower lash line. i made this semi-thick since egyptian liner is thicker than norm.

S-i'm so lazy i can't even liner

used-nyc liner, silver glitter liner

so lazy. i already did this before. i can't life early on a saturday. i'm such a lazy panda.

 this needs to be in my life.

that sally hansen gel nail review, short and sweet

so the sally hansen gel nail kit, the one with the cool snake print, yeah that didn't work for me. i followed all the steps. i even sealed them twice with gel. didn't even last 3 days on my nails. one nail peeled off completely during my practical. entire piece of snake print came off my nail. and we're not even on the nail section for school, we're learning hair and haven't done anything with chemicals. no excuse why this thing came off in a chunk. i peeled off the rest from my nails, which was really easy. i don't know why this didn't work for me. i haven't the slightest clue. but i'm not buying any gel kits. they apparently don't live up to claim if a chunk came off of my nail.

WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS? not if your nails are like mine. thank god it only costs me about $3 and not $44 something. if you have nails that hold polish well, try it maybe. i protest the gel polish.

don't fear, i may have found a base/top coat that may keep polish on longer than 3 days. i'm testing it now. and slowly trying to find out where my nail brushes are. the painful process of shipping. and i'm also working on my halloween costume. i think my school does let you dress up, but i'm also going simple so they can't really complain. i also hope to get a new hairstyle next week. hopefully like hayley williams, since she is a great fashion/style model. very chill and fun. i'll hopefully be updating that all soon.

makeup for beginning of the week

so update on my makeup that i've worn this week. nothing takes more than a shadow brush and blending brush.

M-orange/green

used-sleek acid palette

step1- primer/mascara

step2- place orange in inner corner.

step3- place green in outer corner and blending into orange so theres no line.

T-gray, since i'm lazy

used-shimmer gray shadow

not really much steps here. i just put it all over lid area and blended out the edges. not a whole lot of work involved.

W-blue liner

used-HT turquoise and black liner.

not a whole lot of steps with this either. line upper lash line with blue and under eye with black. i know its easy. but i don't have 30 mins to do my makeup in the morning. wish i did, but i need sleep. the rest of this week will be up sat/sun. and pics of my kit. since nothing stays clean for long.

makeup worn the rest of the first week of school

this is the update to the first one i posted about the first 3 days of school. here are the 3 other days.

day 4: mermaid eyes

used-SI, mascara, color tattoo too cool, shimmer F5 (inner corner), C6 (middle lid), C7 (outer corner)

step1- apply primer, then mascara, then too cool.

step2- use elf shadow brush with F5 and pat in inner corner.

step3-take C7 and blending brush and apply to outer corner.

step4- take cs detail brush and C6 to middle of lid. do the same to under eye.

day 5: alien eyes, in celebration for friday the 13th

used-primer, limelight mascara, precise liner, turquoise liner

step1-apply primer and mascara. i had to do 3 coats to get limelight to look green.

step2- take precise liner and line close to lashes. i did mine a semi-thick line.

step3- line turquoise liner above black liner.

day 6: easy quick liner, i did this since it was an extra day and i was the only one there. it was an easy saturday idea.

used-precise liner, black glitter liner, mascara.

step1-mascara, no primer needed since it was only 5 hours and liner.

step2-line lash line with black liner, i did a semi-thick line. let it dry or the black glitter and black will mix.

step3- line with black, might take a few coats to look sparkly happy.

i'll try to update half way through the week, since doing 5-6 makeup looks a week is hard to remember sometimes. i'm also trying to figure out halloween. i'm trying to get ahold of a raccoon set (ears, tail and mask). i always do black cat, so i'm mixing it up. i'm probably going to use xsparkages raccoon makeup for that. i'm also going to take pics of my kit later this week. since i have to reorganize and clean some things. :D

sally hansen gel strips review on application

so i tried my gel strips just now (snake print), and i'm going to keep this short. these are good, but i have wide nails. my thumbs, index, and pinky fingers are all slightly messed up due to the strips not being wide enough. i went through all 16 trying to find my pinky size. my pinkies are just not normal sized. i warmed them and tried stretching them and almost tore them. my cuticle beds are also oddly shaped so that doesn't help. i followed every step and cured them twice since they didn't seem to be set. i'll make another post about wear since beauty school does take a toll on nails.

WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS (for applying)? yeah, i would since it is easy. if you have wider nails, maybe not so much. all you have to do is follow the steps.

makeup worn on days to school

day 1:purple/indigo

used-120 G2 + R9, shadow insurance, elf shadow and blend brushes wnw mascara

step1- primer and mascara

step2- use shadow brush and pat on R9 all over lid and inner corner.

step3- take blending and G2 in outer corner, blending inward.

that was the first day.

day 2: easy purple/black

used- purple and black liner, i used my discontinued hot topic ones

step1- shadow insurance/mascara

step2- line upper lid with purple

step3-line under eye with black to touch purple

day 3: pirate red/black, i even did my hair

used-120 T7 and creative me1 red, color tattoo in pomegranate and asphalt, coastal scents small detail and blending

step1- shadow insurance/mascara

step2- apply asphalt to outer corner and pomegranate to inner

step3- apply T7 to outer corner with blending

ste4- apply red to inner corner, and blend outer edges of whole eye.

step5- clean off fall out from black

those are all the makeup looks so far. more will be posted when done. :D

update 2

so i know i haven't posted, i'm aware. i started school monday, and it's been fun. i'll take pics of my kit this weekend. and it's heavy, really heavy. and thats not including the books. i'm still also waiting on my nail brushes. i bought the beauty secrets topcoat from sally's with my student card for about $6. this thing is the size of a tennis ball. i also got my panda earmuffs. so far i learned cutting hair, roller sets, french twist, shampooing, and drying. and not a whole lot of book work. so i'll keep this up to date with important stuff and take pictures on weekends. also makeup looks will more than likely not have pictures due to i have to leave at 830 am to go to school. i will post directions and what was used. weekends will have pictures though.

update lifey!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i received my uniforms for school, which are black scrubs. the thing is the pants fit fine, the shirt is like someone used a template of incredible hulk, and both are xsmall. i measured myself so that i could find a nice fitting, not too baggy or tight uniform so i'm comfy. sizing people, work on your templates for the tiny people. i'm also waiting for my nail brushes, still. because i ordered the first ones from one seller, and that was over a month ago, and they still haven't arrived. the seller apparently didn't put a tracking number on it. i got back my refund and ordered another set, this time from another seller, and it's already been shipped and i ordered them, yesterday. so my earmuffs and brushes so be here soon. i can't wait for school to start. i can hopefully get my student card and go to sally's and get my top coat for nail art. i also went to cvs in hopes of finding fantasy makers, but they still have school and summer crap. the only things i'm interested in are the blue glitter liner, the black ad the black/purple tombstone polishes. i think i black purple would be good for a bat design. i also found a gray/green color that would be great for zombie nails. and nyc has sidewalkers which is perfect. they also had the revlon chalkboard art pens and the nyc disco collection. but i'm super excited for the extra savings with the student card! :D
